About this app

Connect your foosball (table football) to your Smartphone via Bluetooth and turn your Smartphone or tablet into an awesome scoreboard and impress your friends!
Do not worry if your foosball table is not equipped with goal sensor, you can add sensors yourself. Just you need to follow easy step-by-step instruction available in our website
Not interested in electronics DIY project, you can still use this application and enter scores manually to
Bring joy and excitement to your foosball match.
All you have to do is to increase score manually by tapping on plus and minus button close to each score sheet.

With Scoreboard app, you do not need to keep track of your game’s score.
Just connect it to your foosball sensors through any kind of microcontroller equipped with Bluetooth module and leave everything else for Scoreboard.
It will detect scores once ball pass through gate by communicating with your table sensors through your Smartphone Bluetooth.

Features:

- Keep track of scores through Bluetooth communication with foosball sensors
- Capability to adjust scores manually
- Play intro music at the beginning of each game
- Option to Announce scores once new score detected or manually entered
- Option to make cheering sound effect once new score detected or manually entered
- Option to add background large stadium crowd sound effect
- Play 3 referee whistle sound effect when any of the team reach final score
- Automatically apply too points lead rule (note that rule will be applied at score 8 as final score sets to 10 )

Stay tuned, more feature (e.g. Setting timer, new fonts ...) in future revisions will be added

Technical note for those who wants to connect scoreboard app to their foosball sensors through Bluetooth.

- Attach infrared transmitter and receiver both side of foosball gate, as close as possible to gate channel for both gate
- Connect sensors to your Arduino or Raspberry Pie (or another Microcontroller) equipped with integrated or external Bluetooth module like (HC-06)
- Set microcontroller Bluetooth module as Slave (HC-06 and compatible modules can be only set as Slave)
- Program your microcontroller to send "BG" and "BR" through Bluetooth for left and right gates consequently for every time ball passes in front of sensors
- Pair your Smartphone or tablet with microcontroller Bluetooth module
- Open scoreboard app and click on "connect" button, select Microcontroller Bluetooth device name from list of paired devices
- Place your phone or Smartphone somewhere visible to both team players, increase the volume
- Start your game and leave everything for Scoreboard.

if you want to test the app, search for "Bluetooth slave" and download any app offers communication with Bluetooth Master, install it on another Smartphone, pair it with the Smartphone or tablet that you have already install Scoreboard, send "BG" or "BR" from Bluetooth slave app and see the result on Scoreboard app.
