Can't set up safe zones...the map never loads, it'll just sit there with a gray background.

Just downloaded the app and the map doesn't work connects fine but ya cant see it on the map

Eats battery and false notifications. Unusable as it stands as my phone dies after half a day if I leave tracking on.

From 5 stars to one, simply does not work, the apps troubleshooting is frankly insulting and the fact that the fob has no way of telling me it's on is annoying, I really liked this little thing but if you're considering it I would tell you to look elsewhere, the app, the support are lacking to be polite and it's not gotten any better since release and I do not see the developer doing anything to fix the issues... Shame

Not worth it , tile is better , the connection between my phone and the tracker is never accurate,

Doesn't work. Can't get past first screen that 'something is turned off' on Nexus 6 nugaut. Rarely do I get to see my devices on the map, but cannot ping them at all. Even when they're RIGHT next to me. Disappointed in this app.
