About this app

BioApptil is a work time tracking mobile app for employees with an online version, Bioweb, at which the employer has to enable the employee’s access to the app. If your company has adopted the BioWeb service, request your employer or HR department to register you prior to installing the app.

ABOUT BIOAPPTIL
BioApptil allows employees to record and manage all their working activity from a mobile device anytime and anywhere, while employers get accurate and reliable work time tracks with GPS location per employee, and control attendance and absence.

WORKDAY TIME TRACKER
- Employees clock in/out their shift, rest breaks and other pauses that the company enables.
- Working hours are tracked with GPS location.
- Shows records of registered events per day, month and year.
- Shows total working time per week, month and year.

ANNUAL LEAVE PLANNER
- Employees can request leave and check approval status in real time.
- Shows the total leave days an employee is entitled to and the remaining leave.
- Shows the applicable vacation calendar with the user’s leave plan included.

EXPENSE MANAGER
- Records expenses with the date, amount, description, and receipt, in jpg, png, pdf, or doc/docx format
- All expenses are automatically sent for approval and employees can check in real time the status of the approval.
- Shows expense records.

LEAVE MANAGER
- Records sick leave, study leave, compassionate leave, etc. with compulsory documentation in jpg, png, pdf, or doc/docx format.
- Shows all the leave records.

INCIDENT RECORDING
- Records unforeseen incidents that may affect the user’s working hours.
