Very good, with more options added would be perfect like convert the numbers into different unit by multiplying the numbers by ratio (user can add this ratio)

Exactly what I am looking for. But add setting. Add option in setting to choose only one or more horrizontal or vertical lines, colours, and line thickness. But all lines should be movable since this is not a grid.

I was hoping this application would be of help for my UI design. It doesn't allow you to set a formula. It switches between px and dp units. I took an icon I designed for xxxhdpi (648*648)px. When tested, the ruler incorrectly measured the icon at 128*128px... If there was a way to set the formula for the ruler as Android UI design must be precise and does not go by resolution. If I took this apps measurements into account and designed an icon at 128*128px it would look awful on xxxhdpi
