10⭐s ! if I could. So... I paid the 99 cents to unlock all features in the battery section. Disconnected announces immediately, but it takes 90 seconds for charger connected to announce. Was using the free version with only minor glitches every so often and was more than happy with it. FYI, the canned responses pre-loaded in the app can be deleted with the backspace key. Type your own in and try 'em out. Long custom entries are tricky due to restrictively small area for displaying them. 👌!!!!!

I've been happily using the free version for years, and finally decided to chip in the well-deserved $ to support. Opening the new/paid version auto-ran a migration process (nice touch), but I still had to re-select apps to be read out, and re-set all the read-out message sentences manually, before uninstalling the old/free version.

Why does shouter, continue to repeat the same announcement numerous times for some apps, like the telegram apps, I have selected do not repeat, but still repeats this apps last message. Other then this Major Problem for me, this is an outstanding app.

I don't think the developer is interested in improving the app. I wrote to the developer separately and no response from him. The app does the job OK, but has bugs - not expected from an app, for which I am expected to pay. 1> With the newer Android versions, the caller name announcement doesn't happen through Bluetooth Audio. It works OK through plugged in headphones. 2> The announcement interrupts ongoing calls. The announcements should ideally wait or skip if the user is on an audio call (Phone, Whatsapp, Skype, Webex etc).

When is this app ever going to be? It shows that the last update was April of 2019. I've used this app for years up until a few months ago when I uninstalled it for several issues. Now I come back excited and hoping to reinstall a newer update, but there still hasn't been. Dude, this app is/was really good. Why wouldn't you want to maintain it???

When I downloaded free version it was working fine after purchasing the app many tools are not working it is not reading the messages and the calls the time is also not announce correctly please update and do the needful
