At the Fit Mama Lifestyle, we don’t set and forget. You will have a weekly check in with a trainer to see how your week has gone, how you are feeling and if anything needs to be adjusted! Everything is completely in your hands and at your speed.

We wanted to make online training for mums as easy as possible so our app is very user friendly using the latest online personal training technology so that you can view and check in to your workouts, update your progress and contact your trainer all in one place!
