This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing The Body Architect on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

About this app

Great bodies are built from the ground up!

This is the mobile software designed for clients of The Body Architect (Grant Anderson). Here you can view your program, log your weights and provide Grant with information on your nutrition.

The Body Architect app makes accessing your programs incredibly simple and effective. After receiving your workout notification on your training day, you can then go straight into the app and view the workout. If you are unsure on an exercise simply click on it for in depth teaching points and a small video demo.

Need extra help in the app. Just use the instant messaging service to get in contact with Grant and ensure any problems or questions with your program are solved quickly.

This is only accessible via a free 7 day trial or if you are a signed client of Grant, The Body Architect.
