Shortcut manager creates app shortcuts with icons from icon packs, from gallery photos, you can create shortcuts of apps activities, there are many apps contains hidden activities, for them you can create icon to access it quickly.

You can create shortcuts with personalized icon for contact, direct dial, sms and other shortcuts available in android OS.

☆ How to remove watermark:
On Android 8.0 and above, the android system automatically add a watermark to the shortcut icon. we do not have control on this.

☆ Read Contact: permission require if you create shortcuts of contact
☆ Phone: Permission require if you use direct dial shortcut
☆ SMS: Permission require if you use SMS shortcuts.
☆ same way many permission needs to be given based on the shortcut you creates.

✔ Not all activities are executable. so may be you get error for activities those require special permissions/
✔ Some android shortcuts may give error as access to them are restricted for selected apps only.
