This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Auto Screen Brightness by PP on PC Windows and Mac.

Best out of all apps I've tried so far for the J7 (paid version), but it clashes from time to time with other app permissions. Other apps force me to go to permissions and turn off overlay permission in order for the other apps to function. Then it takes me half an hour to find the permissions to turn the auto brightness feature back on... Please fix or give directions for a shortcut for this app to work with others

It will auto adjust display brightness but is slow to do so. Also you can't seem to turn ofd the icon ever present in the notification bar. I suppose it is a sort of fix for a cheap LG without this feature.

I expected it to give me more auto adjust levels than normal light sensor. It might be only useful for people without it.

Great ideal and it does brighten up outside but it only goes back to half brightness in the dark even tho I have it set for min. I have to manually set the brightness to min then it may layer jump back up to half for no reason

Can you please explain the need for asking permission for contacts! Why anybody need to access my contacts for auto brightness?
