About this app

「藍牙群簽(點名)系統」是一套主動式批次簽到及點名的APP，活動(會議、課程、研習)的承辦人，只要拿起手機開啟APP，並掃描出席者的手機，即可自動紀錄出席者的手機資訊(設定成姓名)到開設的簽到表(點名表)中，既快速又方便地完成簽到(點名)的工作。

本APP的使用者，主要分為二個角色，一為「出席者」，出席者先於手機內設定好個人資訊(格式:公司(職稱)+姓名，如桃花島黃藥師)，再開啟簽到模式，就可以被掃描；二為活動的「承辦人」，承辦人是活動(會議、課程、研習等)的舉辦人，先建立好簽到單(點名單)，再掃描出席者，便可獲得出席者的資訊，系統自動加入到簽到單(點名單)，而完成一道簽到手續。

只要出席者擁有內建藍牙的Android或iOS手機、平板電腦。如果您是手機是Android，只要安裝本APP即可，而iOS的手機透過手動方式開啟藍牙(開啟方式，請參閱https://pennyappstudio.blogspot.com/2021/07/iphoneipad-ios.html)，才可使用本APP。

出席者可以透過「查詢簽到情況」的功能，輸入活動簽到單碼，系統便列出該活動所有已經被掃描而自動加入簽到單的資訊，出席者從而得知是否在簽到單內。活動簽到單查詢碼，可詢問承辦人或由承辦人公布，讓出席者得知，以便查詢出席簽到情況。

承辦人亦可以透過手動方式加入出席者到簽到單內。在無法順利掃描到出席者的手機資訊，或掃描到的手機資訊是錯誤的情況下，承辦人可以使用「簽到單管理」，進行新增、修改、編輯出席者的資訊。在系統提供自動掃描功能下，再提供手動管理出席者資訊，讓整個簽到功能至完備。
