Update: the app is now actually reasonably functional, with standard load times! 1 star off because the fix took 3 years. Incredibly slow access, always. I'm honestly surprised when i load it up to check my quota and it shows me the figures in a reasonable amount of time. Amazing that it's been like this for years, affecting so many users (look at the app rating!). The only reason I'm giving two stars is that the Belong website is just as slow, so it may not be the 'fault' of the app

The app in general in very well layed out and very easy to use for the average user. But I rated it 3 stars so what's the go there? Well I get calls sometimes and it just doesn't show that someone is calling and I just get the you have received a call message. I don't know if that's a BELONG issue or a Telstra issue. Edit: The app is now logging me out every time I close the app. This is very annoying!!

Have had issues at times they're not very compassionate when it comes to a late or missed payment. I find the operators quite rude too. They have increased in price since I joined and I wasn't pre- warned. If I can find another provider I'd change in a heartbeat very disappointed

There is no way to check data usage except a total of how much is left. All my data disappeared and I want to work out if I used it accidentally or if there is a backend error but belong support just told me it can't be checked.

3 stars due to the reason I have to manually login every time I use the app. Rather than before, I used to just stay logged in which was far more convenient.

Edit: App got updated after I posted this and now it works properly. "App used to keep you logged in but after a new update, it logs you out everytime you close it. Please fix it and I will make it 5 stars."
