Impossible to use this. I wonder how such apps, which could be considered as governmental, can be so useless. It is even impossible to complete the registration page for me (foreign). I would suggest to spend some money for app testing. Otherwise it was simple waste of resources - developing this.

It mostly crashes than function. You can load funds to your physical/digital public transportation card, but they charge extra processing fees which doesn't make it much attractive. You can easily use most of the TR bank apps i.e. maximum app or fastpay app and do it for free (currently). God forbid you forget your physical card you can't transfer funds to the digital version, but must add funds directly to it with fees. Getting a new physical card costs 10TL currently. Very cumbersome, useless.

WHY WHY WHY !! To register an account as foreign requires "Foreign National ID Number" & "Passport Number", Also won't allow to register with foreign mobile phone number with international country dialing codes(Only require turkish mobile number 5***!!). Please developer change these funy questions and make it easy for foreign people's 🙏 We live in the 21st Century.

I installed app and in register form after filling all fields it shows "doubleidno" error and I have no idea what is that all about! There is no reference or documentation for this error and first I thought I might be registered before and tried resetting my password using forget password but it says user not found! The app was totally useless for me.

What a useless app! It won't let me fill the password because for some stupid reason they have a limit on characters number (I use long randomly generated passwords). Yet I can log in on PC without a problem, which means the android app was awfully programmed. This is a pure disgrace to any government publishing such insanely unprofessionally made app (as if they just hired some random guys with no IT expertise at all).
