The app wifi connectivity is ridiculous. I keep waiting for a candid camera crew to show up saying "Ha. Got ya!" But alas, no such luck. This is really happening... EDIT: Changed my 1 star to 3. Steps to fix. Unplug bedjet. Uninstall app. Reboot phone. Reinstall app. Start app. Plug in bedjet. I was then able to connect wifi.

I can't believe this app is so bad. I can't program any schedule because when I set it to end after 1200 hours, it reverts my changes to 1200 hours. It takes several tries to connect every time I use it. The old app was ugly but it worked. I would not have purchased this thing if the app was this crappy at the time.

It's by far one of the worst apps I've encountered in terms of getting it to simply connect to my Bedjet v2 I've tried everything recommended including pluggung and unpluggjng, uninstall and reinstall and nothing works. There's nothing wrong with bluetooth connectivity as my phone can easily find the device, but in terms of just getting the app to work? Forget it. I'm not sure why the app developers put out such a shotty product when the basket is great. Hoping for an update to get this fixed

The bedjet is fantastic the app to control it has got to be one of the worst apps available. It really takes away from how fantastic the bedjet is and kinda angers me. The bedjet is not a cheap device so I would expect to be able to open the app easily and use the bedjet. However everytime I need to reconnect or try to reboot my bedjet completely to try to get it to connect. So incredibly frustrating and has kept me from buying the bedjet for friends and family.

This app is extremely glitchy. This indeed is probably the worse app on my phone (I've had some terrible ones). In 2020, there should not be an app that (a) had so much trouble connecting to the internet, or (2) bugging about the type of wifi it can use. I wifi that can either provide 5.4 or 2.4 GHz, depending on the device. Why this thing has such an issue is beyond me.

This app is a learning experience in poor design. The bedjet randomly disconnects, even when I'm in the middle of doing something, which kicks you back to the device selection menu. Sometimes you get a pop-up window telling you it's running some sort of test or something. Don't hit the "ok" button! That stops the test. Just wait. I found that out the hard way. Normally I wouldn't care about an app and just use the product, but it kept beeping at me to update, so I had to
