Well the phone won't charge, remedy by ASUS is a reboot that takes you 12 hours to do something an iphone would do in a couple minutes ,the reboot suggestion is just to waste your time as it doesn't fix a thing and ASUS automatically downloads you useless apps. I don't think i recommend the ASUS phone
