Using the camera on your mobile device you can scan drivers licenses from all 50 states and all Canadian provinces to create online membership profiles and databases.

Gone are the days of having to manually enter a customers information. Simply scan your customers ID using the BarMember app and a custom profile is created. Profiles can be accessed at anytime via the mobile app or through the online portal.

Bar Member is a membership database.

APP FEATURES:

- User Friendly – Simple interface, simply swipe from left to right to access menu and options.
- Age verification – Verify a customers age via automatic pop up that indicates the customers age.
- ID authentication – Bar Member will only operate with authentic ID's. If the ID is fraudulent then a notification will pop up informing the user.

- Instantaneous data collection – Every device assigned to a specific venue using Bar Member communicates in real time with our online cloud service simultaneously.
- Cloud Service – While your device is connected to the internet all information gathered is automatically populated and organized online in real time.
- Q&A Feature – Each time a customer is scanned in “Questions” can be toggled on or off to create customizable campaigns to analyze customer patterns and trends. View the results to gauge changes in customer behavior through customizable surveys.
- Email and phone number – When scanning a customers ID the option to input email and phone number for future marketing campaigns.
- Venue portal access – Customize account features and access your customer database online.
- Data storage and extraction – Download your customer database for offline use or to generate custom reports

INTELLIGENT MEMBERSHIP TRACKING:

- When a first time member is scanned Bar Member will verify with cloud service if the member has gone through the application process.
- If the member has not gone through the process, the question fields will be required to process the membership application.
- Returning members will be verified in real time via the cloud service. If the member is an existing member, the question field will no longer populate unless it is manually turned on by user.
- A time stamp of entry is provided for each member.
