App can't set up new devices at all. I followed the instructions, connected to the device wifi. Android said I was connected. The app said over and over to check if I was connected to wifi. Stopped once I switched back to my home network, so I think it was looking for internet access... Which is obviously impossible to have when connected to the new device's setup wifi. Are you kidding me? Very expensive sound gear with a *totally* worthless setup app. I had to dig out and charge an old iPad to set up the device.

What a junk. Extremely slow at every step. Is only able to find my A9 when it is not streaming Pandora through chromecast. Right now does not see it at all. A9 itself slips into playback of some weird default station if tap it a little differently.

Just got a Beosound 2, which this app wasn't able to set up, and I had to borrow an iOS device to get it onto the network. Also, I tried to turn off the data collection but each time I tried the app re-enabled it after just a second or two, which is just unacceptable.

Awkward and lame app. I couldn't setup my device for 1 hour. B&O must make a better app

Tried on 4 different phones. Just connect to your device then go to 192.168.1.1 and you'll be able to set up through chrome browser

Just doesn't work. B&O should update this app.
