Lol I can't use it! I came for the free trial then it immediately ask for payment type and of course I press my PayPal but it doesn't send me any authentication that's why I decided to delete caches on my settings then came back on your non working app. And offers a 1 day limit for more than 10$ like what the f. Are you kidding me? Charging without work.

Support is cordial but overpromises. Took too long and too many requests to get Google drive link for zip file of cloud items. Bin items deleted despite Auto Clean setting toggled off. Items copied/cut and only moved enter bin. Still the best Windows recycle bin-equivalent I've found. Saved my butt from an overly aggressive file cleaner. Stable.

First they tempt you with blurred images, which later on (after buying full) turn out to be thumbnails only.. second trick is they first ask for ridiculous money, then give you time limited promo - only 10% od what requested earlier. Of course - you'll try as you'd expect these are full sized pictures. For me useless, just emphasizing my bad feeling, as someone is using my bad situation. cannot even return buy within minutes after paying

Payment deducted in Trial period!!! Hey team, is this fair to charge customers even before the trial period is complete? Seriously? I clicked 7 days trial button and was charged a whooping money in seconds.. More over the application didn't recover any of the deleted files or videos I looked for. Very Disappointed. Hope you could support with refund afterall..

Predatory business practices that rely on people forgetting they signed up for a free trial. By the time I noticed it was too late. Now I'm stuck with this dumpster fire collecting my deleted data for god knows what. Avoid. Useless without the free trial and not worth the absurd cost.

Ads at each and every step. It shows all the thumbnails of Tiktok, FB, etc. in images section which is unnecessary. Also, it doesn't have album feature in images section. Once you scroll down, it doesn't scroll up. It would have been better, if these issues were rectified. Also, if sliding feature was there to switch between images, videos, audio. It would have been more better, if location info was added to all, and Compare & delete the duplicates feature was included.
