Updated review - ap was updated and my issues were resolved. This case has been very helpful in giving me the beneficiary updates when there is movement on our case, which come through before my husband the petitioner has seen them in our USCIS portal. Helpful for a time, but the Ap now won't load and crashes each time I try to re-enter my case. Have cancelled my subscription as can no longer access the information available to my case number

This is a good tool to get a better idea of what timeline to expect for a case. USCIS does have its own processing time website, but so often it's pretty far off and dependant on more variables that it allows you to choose from. This is a great and more realistic alternative!

The BAL TrueTime date this app gives is awesome - so much more precise than the 2+ month range USCIS gives! And, it's cool how all the dates are automatically calculated, so you don't have to calculate the range yourself.

It tell yous signed up if you want and more accurate timeframe of your case timeline, when i do, it automatically tell me your case doesnt qualified for this services but it couldn't tell before taking my money. Reached to email on application and bounced back as not found. Be aware of this application
