Good to know may BACIWA app pala, but it should have been better kung kasama sa feautures ng app if the bill is already PAID, especially this time of pandemic most of us paid our bills through online but there's no way to check if our payment was already posted. So sana soon, makita na namin sa app kung anong status ng bill namin if it's already PAID or UNPAID. That's all. Thank you!

The app is okay but lacks some necessary details. It would be better if there would be a feature on the app wherein it shows if the bill is unpaid or paid. Also, it would be nicer if the bill would show more details of the consumption.

I wish we can see the status if bill has been paid already like in ceneco. Baciwa is difficult to reach out as they have almost no social media presence (no fb, you can only reach them by phone and their email support is super slow and takes a month or more to reply)

Billing is not updated if paid or not.. already paid feb. billing before quarantine period but still unpaid in app
