About this app

Reserva de Salas es una aplicación que permite coordinar los recursos y gestionar las reservas de salas de reunión.

Esta gestión incluye tanto las propias salas de reuniones (localización, capacidad, etc.) como el equipo necesario para las mismas (proyectores, video-conferencia, etc.). Para realizar una reserva el programa facilita una completa ficha para rellenar, indicando las características de las salas que se ajustan a los detalles de la reserva y el calendario con su disponibilidad para la semana de la reserva. Además permite hacer reservas que se repiten periódicamente (para programar, por ejemplo, reuniones semanales).

La aplicación permite indicar un responsable de sala. Todas las reservas para salas que tienen responsable necesitarán aprobación para ser confirmadas. Al realizar una reserva el sistema avisa si es necesaria la aprobación adicional (del responsable de sala) y, en este caso, se notifica al solicitante vía e-mail la decisión del responsable.

Se puede consultar en cualquier momento todas las reservas activas, tanto aceptadas como pendientes de aprobar.
