Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing LUMI on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

The app now will not detect the hub like it used to. It just stopped, and I am getting power to it as all the fan lights are on.

Would be great if the app had a turn off/on rgb feature, also would like to be able to exit the app with back button, other than that, seems fine.

About this app

The app includes the following modes:

SPEED: Lets you control the fan speeds of the 6 connected fans. The “PC SYNC” button is for toggling control of the fan speed between the LUMI mobile app and you PC’s PWM.

CUSTOM: Allows you to designate a single solid color for up to 6 individual devices. You can set 6 different colors for 6 different devices, or you can select a single color and apply it to all 6 devices by pressing the “SYNC” button.

RAINBOW: Puts all connected devices into a rainbow color breathing mode, in which the lights cycle through all available colors. The delay between each color transition can be adjusted with the “Delay” slider.

BREATHE: In this mode, you can apply a breathing light pattern to all connected devices. Select the color using the color wheel, and select the transition speed using the “Delay” slider.
