Works great if I give google location permissions then l requested location of open wifi this app shows me address and google location. I tried others this works perfectly took a few tries to learn its interface though as it wasn't intuitive to me. But practice makes perfect so email developer if you don't understand

Set home location, and it left WiFi enabled and 3G off when I left home! Doesn't change state unless the app is manually opened. Dev not terribly responsive. Nice try, but didn't work on my Xperia Arc S.
