The other day I bought a data service package and paid successfully via an e-wallet but the package was not there at all but for use. After contacting ineffective customer service, they relentlessly wanted the details so annoying and gave me a cpmplaint file report. Finally, without further agreement Axis gave me the package with the wrong time rendering it useless. They just wanted to get away with it. Beware.

I have midnight data(18gb) and 24hours data(50gb) and when I used mobile data at midnight time, it used up my 24hours data first not the midnight one, feeling so stupid for buying the midnight data in the first place, it's like a scam, am i supposed to used up my 50gb just so I can use my midnight?!
