Update. Appreciate the response from the developer. The issue of the finger print reader not working seems to be resolved. For clarity it is a great app to authenticate. There was a previous issue that occurred a couple of times a week, it would not read my fingerprint to authenticate and required a restart. There has been multiple Samsung Note 9 Android updates since then. The app whether because of Android updates or app updates now appears to be stable.

I am having trouble exiting the app or even closing it. Other than that it seems to work well. But I have been having to restart my phone just to close the app. ???

This is junk. It was simple enough to get setup, but I dont get my pin in any reasonable amount of time. First try took 10 minutes. Need it again today and we are going on about an hour with no notification. Edit: boy, it was almost good. After awhile, it started to work consistently and it was great. Then it got updated. Now, it works maybe 50% of the time. I will get a push notification for approval, but when I unlock axiad, there is no approval waiting, just the numbers I can enter manually.

Fails to receive login requests 40% of the time causing a lengthy and annoying retry process until I give up and enter the number manually. Seriously, fix your software... People have to rely on this daily...

Love the new layout/functionality of the app! Now it's as simple as a tap and a fingerprint scan to get my login code - much better than having to tap, tap and drag, tap again, then scan. I also appreciate the number countdown for the codes. Thank you for the helpful changes!

Previous versions weren't anything great, but at least they worked. This latest version with the new logo never seems to get the push notification to authenticate, so it's basically useless
