Hopeless, had Orient insurance and Aetna before worked perfect. This app.: Can't upload pics or take pics of claims regardless if android or iPhone. Called Axa, noted but just said most people use browser site, ongoing problem. Maybe give feedback to our employer is better than Axa, ongoing problem and they do nothing to remedy. Claim page in app even touts ease of use. Seems adding insult to injury!

Worst claim app ever. There is always a new challenge waiting for you when you try submit a claim. The latest is document can't be uploaded to submit a claim. Very exciting.

The app is completely disfunctional. Unable to login and also not able to upload the claim documents even after multiple attempts.The helpline also didn't provide any support on this regard.

Really very bad 👎application is terrible very complicated 😕 and we call the call center center they let you wait more than 1 hour 🥺 please don't go with this insurance company
