This app is just a short video clip of alternating red and blue. There are a couple of sounds that play while the clip is running. It runs for less than a minute. It is a small download, and it requires no permissions. I didn't even see any advertising with it. Unfortunately this app is not good for safety while I ride horseback at night. I need an app that will run until I stop it, and the sound is not good while I am riding a horse.
