About this app

Have you ever faced checking who is free and assigning tasks to them?, or have you simply wasted a lot of money not able to co-ordinate work based on location?. Is it difficult to follow up and keep requesting for proof?

If so, this app is just for you. It helps you to create multiple groups and assign tasks to each. If you want to assign task based on location or on workload, just leave it to our automatic assigner which will automatically assign and send emails accordingly.

The moment a task is assigned to the user, a mail is sent, further the app sends reminders and deadlines to the user automatically to remind him of his task. The user can sent his status and load images to his task master. Status updates are also sent to the task master through emails.

Task is also assigned based on location. Location of all users is checked in the group when there is an update, if user is located in less than one kilometer radius of the work place, the task is allocated to him based on location tracker. The app also represents each users status graphically.

The app helps check the workload based on the status in the group and assigned work to user having zero tasks, and sends him a mail, however if two or more users have zero tasks in a group it compares the tasks of users in all groups and allots work automatically.
