I've had the hub for over a year now and about 2 months ago my unit goes red at least 2 times a day, every day. I've done everything suggested to reset it but it keeps happening. Just try and get a tech to help, no luck. I think I need a replacement unit or better help from Avast. Not too happy about this.

Terrible!! As of 3 or 4 days ago, the omni app is burning through my Samsung battery in 8 hours and heating up my phone. I had to disable the app. Very disappointed and will terminate this service unless rectified soon.

I've been using Omni for over a year now and I've had no problems with it. Whenever there's a power failure it always boots up properly.

The latest app update uses up your phone battery. I'm having to charge twice a day now.

Update 4/27/2021 Lately, the app shows my omni is offline but shows all the features toggled on. My router ui shows that omni is online and connected to the Internet. I've seen this issue across both mobile and windows. I've applied the latest version update.

I keep getting a notification on the app, looked for the cause of the notification, but cannot find the source why... could it be an update notification? Second is there a update anywhere on the avast omni app I can go to so that I can update it or is it automatic?
