Dear Autocop, I have purchased the tracker in Dec 2019. The tracker stopped working within a week. Anyhow I got the tracker replaced and the technician told that he has uploaded all the documents and the device will not be deactivated. But again it's deactivated. It hasn't worked since last three months. I had pathetic experience so far. The after sale service is excellent as they never revert mail nor they answer calls. Please don't recommend to anyone. They are simply fooling people.

This app sucks. The screen doesn't scroll as you go down from one field to another so you keep minimizing your keypad so that you can see what is the next field Whosoever made this did not keep conservation in mind. It asks for the part no. How is consumer suppose to know the part number Very bad experience

Useless App. The warranty card of the product stated to lodge Complaint through this app / Email. Forget Resolving the Problem, No response/ reply received with Complaint Ticket Pending Open as it is for the past 7-8 days.
