I used to manually adjust my N7s brightness in my car, which was always slightly annoying if not a bit unsafe (it can be hard to see the brightness slider when it's bright out and the screen was dim from having last driven at night). This app works great and allows me to just hop in my car and go without fiddling around with settings. Thanks!

I heard of this app through Reddit, and saw the developer seemed sincere. So I tried it out. I love how beautifully it follows Material Design, which makes me want to open the app just to look at it! Also, the brightness adjusts perfectly in the background, which is exactly how us tech noobs want it to be. I will likely buy the full version. Thank you, Kevin! I recommend all you users to give this a whirl.

About this app

AutoBright is designed to manage the brightness of your tablet in-vehicle. AutoBright pulls the sunrise/sunset times of your location and will automatically adjust your brightness accordingly, fading nicely between your min/max brightness that you have set.

AutoBright has a very low footprint, and is designed to be a "set it and forget" type of service. Simply enable AutoBright, configure your preferences, and AutoBright will ensure your tablet has the right brightness for the specific time of day.

Try out the trial for 10 days to see if AutoBright works for you. Use the built-in submit feedback feature to get in touch with me and let me know what you think and to submit new feature requests. Enjoy! =D
