Very inefficient. By the time the push notification shows up I would already opened OTP app and entered password couple of times. When eventually push notification shows up, it takes quite a long time until Allow takes effect. I would not enable this auth factor for our customers. The whole waiting time takes over 1 minute.

End user here. My company slapped this on top of a desktop app we already can't access without logging into our workstations with secure password & ANOTHER mfa app, then logging into the desktop app with a 14 character mixed case alphanumeric plus symbols password. At least the other mfa app has a desktop version. I can't figure out whether this one does. I want to copy and paste the access code because typing a number before it times out... eff that. Especially as it's the 4th layer of access.

It sucks. It's asks for a saved phrase. Don't remember putting 1 in but no options to reset. Have Uninstalled and reinstalled. Oh I'm on a new phone. Don't use this unless you want problems...with no forgiveness.

Horrible experience ! Never receive the Push Notification. No way to do anything on the settings of the app to understand why it does not work. A nightmare. Unfortunately my broker has imposed this and I have to deal with it. This app is a disgrace in the apps´world ..

As an end user there is no customer support. This is one to stay away from better to bang your head against a brick wall as it is less painful. See

Stupidest app ever. Can't do anything, can't delete the binding of the account or recover and cannot transfer to new phone. AVOID at ALL COST!

About this app

Auth0 Guardian is a mobile app that can deliver push notifications to a user’s pre-registered device (typically a mobile phone or tablet) from which a user can immediately allow or deny account access via the press of a button. It can also generate one-time passwords if that is preferred.

Note for developers: Auth0 Guardian is one of the multi factor authentication options that can be used within the Auth0 identity platform (https://auth0.com). You can enable it with a single switch. You don’t have to change your apps to start supporting multi factor authentication.
