This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Evops on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

It serves users to conveniently process tasks on their mobile terminals, track the installation and site creation progress of charger in real time, configure parameter delivery remotely, and manage remote monitoring, maintenance, and fault reporting.

The maintenance platform pushes tickets directly to the app, enabling one-click assignment of installation and repair technician. The entire process is managed via the mobile app, with real-time tracking of ticket progress.

[Route Planning for Optimal On-site Service]
Based on the sites location sorting, the optimal on-site route is planned according to the shortest distance, and the app supports map navigation to guide technician to the sites.

[Simplified Configuration and One-Click Site Creation]
Pre-configuration is entered through the maintenance platform and site can be created within 5 minutes using an extremely simplified setup. After connecting to charger via Wi-Fi hotspot, parameters are automatically delivered to the charger, completing the site creation.
