FAQ:
1. I forget the PIN password. What should I do?
If you bind your email , you can choose to reset your password by clicking "More" button at the top of the unlock page, and send "password" in the text input box and send a message, then follow the steps to find back your password. But if you don't, you can send "password", and then follow the prompts to verify the legitimacy of your Gallery Lock account, you can get a new password and turn on Gallery Lock.
Tip: we sincerely hope that you could bind your Google account when first enabling the Gallery Lock in order to find back your password. We promise we will never collect your private information!

2. I locked some private photos and videos inside the Gallery Lock. But I just can’t find them.
This is likely to be caused by our data security upgrade, but as long as you guarantee that you will not delete the File Manager data, or use some mobile phone cleaning software to delete it by mistake,we promise you that all the files in Gallery Lock will be safe. You can upgrade to the latest version or uninstall the app and reinstall it.
