Pathetic. Neither the App not Sensors/Controllers can perform to operating specifications. Auber even went as far to admit their condensing humidity sensors can't actually operate in that environment, that it would be considered "extreme use", and that doing so would heavily reduce the already limited 3 month warranty. The apps features, connectivity, and access to the controller all perform relatively worse than a Chinese wifi security camera. The temperature accuracy and resolution was over 1C

App works (disconnects sometimes but reconnects usually quickly). The biggest problem I have is that alerting doesn't work if the app isn't in the foreground. No temp alerts, no time alerts, no step notifications. PLEASE make this happen!

App works well and was pretty easy to setup, love being able to check those long term smokes away from the house now. The app does most everything I need but I feel it could use a little refresh it feels a little dated. Some suggestions sound be adding timers in the app and making the main screen more interactive. For example when I click on the temp it should prompt me for a new temp rather than having to open the settings to change it. Same with the other settings where possible.

Ever since the app updated it crashes seconds after opening. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, no change and no response from tech support. I'm unimpressed. UPDATE; Tech support called to inform me of an upate that would address my problem, and it did. 😀

The cooking interface works great. Makes long smokes very easy. Only change to the app that I would prefer is that the app needs to run in the back ground similar to I grill. The alarm can only be heard if your phone is unlocked and you are actively viewing the app.

Was working ok, every once in awhile I had to delete my device and reconnect, inconvenient but not a big deal. But since August update I can't connect at all, even after following all the troubleshooting tips.
