How it works:
1. Create your main Task (optional area for notes)
a. Sub-Task: Access the saved main Task to create Sub-Tasks
2. Set date and time
3. Select repeat option (none, daily, weekly, monthly or annually)
4. Select Alert Type: Record an audio, record a video or select from our list
5. Save, then you are done
6. Share (optional)
a. Search for User. Enter user’s app name then Invite (invitation must be accepted)
b. Assign Task. Select the member, then assign a New Task or Assign a Task from your
Existing Task List.

*IMPORTANT: Select Assigned Task Alerts from the apps pre-recorded list of videos and audios. All customized Alerts (audio or video) remain on each device and cannot be shared.
