Text messages always fail sending. The desktop app & site frequently doesn't work. I always receive error calling is unavailable.

Terrible!!! From trying to figure out how to navigate the app, website, system always resetting its self... and don't get me started on the customer service representatives that you can't understand who are clearly at home when you can hear their children playing & horns honking. We will be canceling this service as soon as possible. Such a waste of money... and a loss of business with the phone system not ringing

Phone calls never work. Drops call every single time.

Horrible customer service. App removed diapad and voicemail features, asked to call them, and they said they don't have credentials to access the account.

Does not work while other apps are running on Androids. You WILL miss calls and other notifications. App states "unavailable" any time you leave it.
