Working from home using this app and it renders my PC World Chromebook laptop useless due to slow speed and constant disconnections. Is you put a type C USB hub with an ethernet adaptor on it the Chromebook will use this instead of the WiFi but this app can only connect over WiFi. Downloaded the Windows 10 version of this onto my laptop and this works over both ethernet and WiFi no problem. Very poor software product for such a large global corporation.

Incredibly unreliable on Chromebooks. Throttles download speeds. Disconnects regularly. The use of this app has had a terrible impact on my teams day to day business. This is feedback from dozens of devices. I highly recommend looking for another solution.

I'm a AT&T customer and my account number contains 9 digits, but when get asked to input my account number it only allows me to put 8 digits, can't input all 9 digits. How can I register my account????!!!!

Can't use. The account number doesn't have enough room for the nine digit account number. Allows only 8 digits.
