Well, it takes at least a few minutes for the number to show up in the app when a voicemail is left. It takes days for the actual voicemail to show up. I was able to hear voicemails from 4 days ago today. When you touch a voicemail in the app it gives an error that the server cannot be reached, when there is an internet connection. I started just calling my voicemail box today, because the app is useless. I tried reinstalling the app 3 times.

It's working great again! Thank you, tech support team, for fixing the "Server not available" issue. I can log in and access my messages with no problem now. I've had this program on various smart phones over the years. This is a very useful app for retrieving messages from your landline phone (for those of us who still have landlines services). It is NOT for mobile phone voicemail.

RFE: copy to clipboard The voicemail transcript and caller's phone number are lacking the copy to clipboard function. You can only share the .wav file. App needs dark mode option.

no password reset. after years of visual voicemail (which is now broken) its impossible to remember a 13 year okd pin. I have absolutely no way to access voicemail. Unacceptable.

Had this app on my old phone, loved it. Got a new phone and now can't get into my account. No password reset option. Deleted account, uninstalled and reinstalled. Now there's no account set up prompt so I can set up my account again. AND it says it locked me out of my account (which doesn't exist anymore for this app). Four hours on the phone with AT&T, they know very little about this app and are struggling to help me. Not loving it so much anymore....

For some reason, the transcript is terrible recently. The word "future" is showing up as "front counter", etc. Even if the call is a computer voice and not sure why.
