The app wont open at all. All of AT&T's apps are extremely slow, but this one just refuses to work at all. I haven't been able to back up my phone in months because of this app, and they block Samsung storage from being able to be upgraded in order to force us into using their garbage. 1 out of 5.

It won't even let me sign in or create an account. It does however pop up when I try to open certain files and tells me I can no longer view this item because I can't log into this app.
