Used to kind of work... sometimes. Now just crashes... EVERYTIME! Every review is negative for some time now but AT&T does NOTHING! This is a perfect example of a company taking customers for granted. If you call them to get something done they direct you to the app. You go to the app and it doesn't work. They obviously don't want to help, just interested in your $$$.

Since I have updated the AT&T, I couldn't access my account. It's very slow. I type in my user if and password, then the code it sends to my phone and that's it. The app prompts me that the log in failed, to try again another time. I use a older Samsung 6 model phone. I am not sure if that's the problem. I was able to access my account today before I updated the app.

AT&T insists that I use this application but the app is slow and doesn't want to work when I'm trying to view my bills. But the "Shop" option works fine. Imagine that. I pay for AT&T wifi and with nothing but this device on the internet, it doesn't work. But now, I'll be told it must be my device or something else they can blame to avoid fixing the issue. I'm extremely disappointed in AT&T and AT&T services.

AT&T can not build any app that works that way its supposed to! Never has. It's slow loading, crashes and extremely hard to find things. When you have their cell service they only want you to use the app to do every thing. Worst company ever. They are also not fond of disabled employees. Not inclusive at all. A company full of lies.

Even at&t doesn't trust this app! You can tell the app to trust the device, and they still make you wait and enter a texted security code. And you will probably have to do it multiple times no matter what you are trying to do. The Grey... hang on a minute we are working on this... is the new blue screen of death. It can take days before you are finally able to pay your bill, because you have to keep closing out and restarting the app. Thank goodness you don't have any other options.

This app, and honestly the account set up is super confusing. I apparently had 2 accounts, one for wireless and one for internet that weren't linked. Trying to find a contact number for support is impossible, just the endless loop of "check our support topics." Makes me miss T-Mobile and Spectrum who had their support numbers front and center under "contact us" instead of the endless loop of fix your issue on your own.
