I am VERY disappointed with the AT&T Mobile Transfer program. I wish it was as simple as mirroring your old phone (data and settings) to the new phone. The simple fact is, that whatever account you're logged into (whether it's Gmail, Samsung sync, etc) is the data that MIGHT transfer to the new phone. The ease of use seems simple enough, but do not blindly trust that all of your data has transfered! Check what transfered because you may need to use Wi-Fi Direct to transfer your data

The AT&T Mobile Transfer app proved to be quite useful, once I could get a firm, STABLE, Wi-fi connection! No, I just have to cross my fingers, ( and toes,) and hope that this app, also let's me transfer my app's PASSWORDS, from my old phone, to my new phone!

Super Easy Transfer! Transferring all data from my old phone to my new one was so painless. You also have the option to control which categories of data get transferred over.

I always use this app for transfer my information and files to another cellphone sometimes it took too long but it depends on the number of things you will transfer, but it's okay for me.

It took many, 10 attempts before it began the transfer, even the ATT sales rep had a problem. I did have many texts ~12K. I moved the phones to what might have been stronger wifi spots, not sure what did the trick but once it started it took 15 minutes.

I have used this app a few times & it saves me soooo much time not having to do it manually. Thank You to the programmers who made this transition easier than the old ways 😁👍
