This has been useless on every phone I've had so far. It has not helped troubleshooting a single issue at all for me, ever and I'm pretty good at the RTFM method which is so far the standard for everything. Is there a single individual, anywhere that can make a credible claim of finding this app useful? If so, please share what must be a ripping yarn... We'll all say we believe you just for having the guts to lie about it

Huh? Can't tell what this preinstalled app is supposed to do... The Play Store version requires reading 20+ screens of legal stuff to use. The "privacy policy" mostly says we share this and we share that... Why does the app need to get information from credit reports and internet connected TVs? The factory installed version (newer than the play store version) gets errors trying to display the TOS and Privacy Policies.

The app doesn't have any information in it. No matter what option I click on nothing displayed. I am going to uninstalled it in Google play and then update it and see if it will do something different
