Im starting to see that people don't understand how the app works. This app is suppose to be paired with another app called "FirstNet Assist". This app allows you to verify your information one time, so you don't have to input your credentials everytime for the "FirstNet Assist" app. You are able to change your plan, and pay your bill from "FirstNet Assist". I wish you didn't have to have two apps to manage your account, but unfortunately that's exactly what you have to do.

Not compatible with eSIM. It appears that it's looking for a physical SIM, would like for eSIM to be supported.

Please remove your app from the play store, fix it, test it, approve it, then upload for us to use. I've wasted enough time watching the spinning wait icon. Going to my PC so I can look at my bill.

After being prompt to type your user name and password (not to mention an 8 digit security code) this crappy app just doesn't do anything but crash after buffering. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

I've downloaded and deleted over and over, but each time the app just won't load. My phone says the app isn't responding.

If you've made it as far as downloading the app I'm sad to inform you that you've been duped. I'm sure you are like I was, super excited to have a dedicated reliable network for first responders that was cheaper than my previous network. Sound familiar? Folks this app along with the network is over hyped garbage. You literally jump through hoops to create an online account only to be sent to the app that will only let you logout...What?! If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is...
