One of the most USELESS apps there is. Reporting does nothing. I have used this app for years to report issues. Nothing has ever been improved by reporting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Call and complain, that's the ONLY way you can get something done about their horrible coverage.

What an idea...1 star for effort to keep customers busy while the reception doesn't get fixed. 1 star to make customers feel like they are heard. App design is as old as the company. No new ideas for the app. Just a big Trevor Milton faking and twisting info to look good. And 1 star for a functioning app.

Don't bother - reporting does nothing. You report the same issue for over a week with the same acknowledgement of an issue in the area yet customer service says there has been no issues in your area.

There is no valid reason why this app needs access to "make phone calls". You need to know my 'location' via GPS & that is all this app needs access to.

After submitting an issue, now I am getting 2-5 messages a minute. I am close to 60 messages now. I called ATT and they had no idea what this app was. Maybe time to switch to Verizon after 15 years with ATT. This is ridiculous!! "AT&T Free Msg: We appreciate you letting us know about your data experience. We heard you, and we're working to improve the experience!"

The tower in our area is having serious issues. I've had no service or data coverage at home for the last month. Every time I make a report, I get a courtesy text or two letting me know they received the rereport. In the last 24 hours, I've been spammed with 197 of those courtesy texts (4 of which came while writing this review) after only making 3 reports. I have screen shots showing how many are still in my inbox. And the coverage issue in my area STILL isn't fixed. This app is HORRENDOUS.
