This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ASUS SuperNote on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

I bought a MemoPad 3 years ago specifically to take to a 4-day convention for note taking. Loved it. Something went wonky with the tablet and I had to send for repair. Tried to use the non-intuitive backup system and thought I'd accomplished it successfully. Turns out not so much. So, I eventually bought another Asus product - a ZenPad - and thought I'd try to import the stupid files again. I have the files on my cloud drive, but the software will not import them or sync with them. Correction, it gave me about 4 of the 38 pages of notes I'd taken. Try to chat online with TECH support and Asus doesn't provide support for this software/app. This note-taking software has ridiculous limitations and is completely mind boggling in the importing / exporting / backing up / file manager system. Save your sanity - Use Evernote - it's a gazillion times better.

All my notes before gone after update, and i can't sign in my WebStorage account. While in the login menu show can sign in with WebStorage account. Thank you
