In concept this is a very useful app. In practice it is extremely infuriating to have it randomly disconnect from my computer for no reason. Whatever I do I cannot get it to stay connected for more than 10 min at a time. Also getting the camera to focus on the QR code is a giant pain. Please make the app automatically connect to the computer when I have it open (and stay connected), rather than having to go through this tedious process every single time.

App doesn't seem to work. The PC is only registering the connection, not the app itself. I've tried with the QR scan and signing in with the RoG ID. I have Wi-Fi on both devices and connected to the same network. Bluetooth is on, both are connected as well, yet nothing happens, it still says that I am not connected through the app.

Disables the armoury crate quick toggle. Once you scan the barcode on the laptop, and makes the connection to the phone. The app will disable the quick toggle on the laptop. Every time you would try to activate the app using toggle. You will see an message, ROG key is disabled. I checked the software and restore defaults, but to no avail. Be careful, if you use crate toggle. You may not want to link the app and the laptop app experience.

This is the absolute worst program I have ever tried to use. Don't try to manually update the firmware because then it won't let you change your devices lights. Never auto updates so when you open the program it immediately just closes. The ASUS recovery steps do not work. Redownloaded it just for the to installer to fail unzipping the files. I will NEVER purchase another device that only supports Armoury Crate.

It's a great concept and looks great! The app will randomly disconnect from phones. I've tried using a Samsung S8+, Galaxy Note10+ & Galaxy S21 Ultra all have same problem. The app interface is very confusing & not user-friendly. Have to download 3 separate apps to get all the functions in description. The Webcam "Shared Cam" feature that uses your phones camera maxes out at 1080p60, even if your phone is capable of 4k60. The "Remote" feature doesn't work.

This absolutely doesn't work. There is no QR code in my armor crate on the PC nor is there any QR code on the physical product. There is no way to turn use this app with the hero 11 Wi-Fi motherboard. I even called a sous, they don't know how to get it to work either. They may have had this connectivity once, but they don't in the new motherboards apparently
