App hardly works. When it does, you have to tell your story over and over to multiple people for some reason or another and then each new person you talk to makes you go through the same steps. Now I'm receiving a "something went wrong" message and can't even chat with anybody. Painful to try to fix these dumb phones that I keep getting replacements for because nothing seems to work correctly. Almost to the point of spending another grand on something else so I can hopefully avoid this

Complete and utter garbage. Verizon claims to care about their customers but rather than help they immediately connect you with people from tech coach who do nothing. They work harder to not work and they insult you in the process. Also forget trying to ask for a supervisor or manager they don't connect you they just sit and wait till yiu grt so fed up that you disconnect. Glad I pay an arm and a leg for Verizon wait I'm sorry this is the same lack of service I'd get paying for sprint/t-mobile.

I was shocked to learn that problems I have with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G can be better resolved by a Google inquiry than Tech Coach. Apparently Bixby is a problem at least with my phone and Samsung is aware of it. The Tech Coach referred me to Samsung when I had received the fix using GOOGLE! So, what's the purpose of Tech Coach? I see none...

Clear, Effective and Absolutely helpful. I will remain a long time and loyal customer due to all of this. Regular updates are so helpful each and every time!!!! Ask all and clear responses are always provided. If ever unclear, ask 1 more time. 👍

Of ABSOLUTELY no value... just kept repeating stuff I already know... no answer to the question that was actually asked. Would give zero stars if possible. Removed app from phone. It is true. The person I interacted with just kept repeating the same thing again and again... no issues resolved... no new info.

I feel compelled to write this once more because I just wasted about an hour and a half on this app and what they fail to mention is that you have to file claim online anyway so the purpose is app is to assist you in filing your claim so if you have an IQ that's higher than that of a tortilla chip skip this app. You're going to have to file your claim at asurion's website anyway so why in the heck would you waste your time with this garbage and they call it tech coach but I was the one coaching
