Can't connect through the app. Get a picture of a torn wire...weird. I'm really disappointed in sprint since T-mobile took over. Service has declined drastically. I have more dropped calls than I ever have had in 17yrs with Sprint. I talked to a rep a month ago, he told me to switch to the T-mobile network. I went to a store to switch & they told me I couldn't cause of my area code. I'm frustrated w/ this mess, especially for the money I pay this horrible service.

Barely worked when my internet was down & that was why I was calling. My messages kept failing on my end but the tech rep could see them on her end. After she had me update PRL everything was fine. But mobile data wasn't even working for awhile either. Issue was fixed but it was annoying you get told to use the app for tech support & it didn't really work very well.

Since merger with tmobile we can't make or receive calls at home 99% of the time! I've spoken with other sprint customers and they are having same problems. Unacceptable and we've even tried to update phones with a sprint rep. I think a nice credit for several months to reflect lack of service would be nice

Never works. Can't even put my number in to get it started. Have tried for months. By other reviews it seems sticking with Googe for photo backup etc... is a much better idea.

A simple way to get help when my device or service are "acting up". Usually has me in touch with a rep in under 2 minutes, and have not been disappointed by the service provided thus far

It's basically a virus. I uninstalled when I first got my phone, but a notification constantly popped up that I could not clear. And the only option when opening the notification was either "later" or "get". So now I'm being charged $15, when the "later" option wasn't doing anything and "get" just immediately signed me up. Actual scam garbage.
