Techs are great; very knowledgable and thorough. There are some glitches with the app. Sometimes you are assigned to a tech, but they never enter the chat. Ten minutes into the session, still no tech. Other times the chat just ends. But you don't know it ended.. The other party just stops responding. Then you have to start over with a new tech and explain it all again.

I have been paying for this app for a long time, but i am about to stop. Oner the years they have helped me ocasionally, but usually i can not get anyone to talk to me and must chat with an agent. While chating the connection gets dropped many times and i must start over and over. My time is to valuable to waste it farting around with trying to get an answer to a problem. I might even see how much service i can get from Verizon for the $230 a month i pay AT&T.

I've been having a problem on my phone lately where I would get phishing Emails through my texts and there was no way to block them. I got on this app and after about 20 minutes, an AT&T rep took care of the issue. This app will save you a major headache.

will not connect to do battery test working on it two days I will be leaving ATT if not fixed asap. i only need a new battery and all this trouble been thur 7 techs and 10 people transferred and wont replace cause keeos tellingvthem the app not installed. reset network, and reinstall app 12 times now.

He was amazing!! Very professional. Kind, and easy to answer all of my questions. And, as well as implementing my request. He has to be the best agent on that team. Bc it certainly wasn't an easy task. Yet he stuck it out till he had done the job..i want to thank att for having the best of the best PROTECH agent.

I have had a lot of experience on this app and must say they are always Friendly & Helpful. They always ask the correct questions when diagnosing any problems.
