Astrill VPN is great, the fact that on Android you can use their service for free speaks a lot about them. They don't try to prevent people from trying it forcing us to pay, because they know that they are a top class VPN and they want show us that. I really appreciate it, this definitely made me trust them and choose to become a premium user and use Astrill on my PC. Excellent speeds and server coverage, and truly experts that created their own protocols.

Edit: things are back to normal with version 3.11.11. || My connection drops literally every 5 minutes after the update (3.11.5). The support team couldn't help me out. Went back to version 3.10.25 and everything works fine. Please fix.

I've been using Astrill for quite some time now. At first when I would choose a location, I would receive Ads of that particular location in the apps I was using. But now when I choose Los Angeles or any other location, I get Ads that are in Chinese and when I check my location it shows that I'm in Shanghai. This is so confusing. What's going on❓Not only are the ads in a different language, when I want search something on a browser all the results are in Chinese.

It's acting really funny. As soon as there's a connection it'll cut off without any warning. I'm not going to keep paying for this service if the VPN is not working properly. 03/05/2021 It's still doing the same thing as soon as it updates.

It's been a lot better lately, not too many reasons to complain really, the only reason I'm still not giving it 5 stars is the awful experiences in the past. If it remains consistently reliable, I'll give it the additional star at some point.

They have broken StealthShield, now only OpenVPN works intermittently. Avoid if you need a reliable connection.
